Job Description




The Dispatch Manager ensures complete customer

satisfaction and delivery of excellence consistent with PROEM standards and

policies in all areas of service.  Create

a professional, efficient Operations Team and positive work environment.





Ensure that routing, assignment of crew labor and time on job

allotted does not exceed monthly budged allocation.


Anticipate future business and inventory needs based on

reservations in POR in order to maintain a 40-hour week for all Delivery &

Dispatch Associates.


Interface with Account Executives, Project Managers and Management

Team to collect all information (maps, schedules, delivery instructions, etc.)

necessary for successful delivery of contracts AND ensure that information gets

to Routing Supervisor, Drivers and crews.


Work with warehouse and crew associates to ensure all orders are

filled accurately and with clean, functional equipment and ensure on-time delivery and pickup.


Over-see sub rentals deliveries and returns as well as will call



Manage the Dispatch and Delivery team to include the day Dispatch,

Supply Cage, Day Loaders and Night Loading Crew.


Work with Account Executives on weekly recap meetings.


Ensuring contracts are accurately accounted for and information

flows to our TOC boards.


Maximize use of all PROEM resources to achieve objectives listed



Serve as shop runner as needed


Create and review Incident Reports related to Field



Actively record and manages KPI’s (2nd trips, on-time

deliveries, attendance)




Prior dispatch

experience required



interpersonal and leadership skills required


Strong focus

on accountability and logistics required



dispatch and inventory control experience required


Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with all

levels of the organization required



bilingual communication skills a plus
